Terms and Conditions for Purchasing and Using dev aim scripts in Fortnite

By purchasing, using, or installing the dev aim scripts (hereafter referred to as "BASIC,ELITE,DEVIL") in connection with the game Fortnite you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not purchase dev aim to use within Fortnite.
1. Purpose of dev aim
Dev aim are scripts designed to enhance gaming experiences through customizable controller binds, macros, and other modifications. It is intended to be used as a tool for enhancing gameplay, but using it in ways that violate the game's terms of service is strictly prohibited.
2. Risk of Ban
The use of dev aim aim in Fortnite is at your own risk. While dev aim itself is not inherently a cheating the way the scripts are used may result in the following:
- Detection of unauthorized modifications by Fortnite's anti-cheat systems, which may lead to account penalties.
- Violations of Fortnite's Terms of Service, which could result in account bans, suspensions, or restrictions.
- Loss of in-game items or purchased content if your account is banned or suspended.
We do not accept responsibility for any bans or account penalties that may occur from the use of dev aim in Fortnite.
3. Purchaser's Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Script does not violate any laws, regulations, or Fortnite's Terms of Service. If your account is banned or penalized due to the use of Cronus Zen, the device manufacturer, script seller , or any affiliated parties are not responsible for any consequences that arise,
4. Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of dev aim and its usage, refunds or returns are generally not accepted unless contacted the seller about the following . A Bug within the script file/gameplay , the only thing we will be able to do is the following, you will be issued with a update for the desired script you have purchased with a 100% confirmation there will be zero bugs within the script
